Models already reason. Work needs a system.
A model answers a question. A process needs company context, memory, tools, permissions and a person who is accountable for it. Without that, AI stays a pilot and the work stays in a spreadsheet.

Principles
Our principles are rules in the product.
Each principle turns into something the system does, or does not allow.
Sector by sector
Each sector has its own processes, vocabulary and exceptions, and the workers arrive knowing them. We start with real estate and hotels.
People decide
AI workers prepare, execute and log. Your team decides, channel by channel, what they do on their own, what goes through approval and what stays off limits. Every process has a person who is accountable for it.
Transparency
When an AI replies, it says so, as article 50 of the EU AI Act requires. On the phone, the worker introduces itself as AI at the start of the call; in writing, the notice is switched on for each worker. Every action is logged.
Data in the EU
The database, authentication and files are hosted in a European Union region, encrypted in transit and at rest, in line with the GDPR.

We are OQUARTO IBERIA, S.L.. We design each AI worker with the team that will work alongside it, deploy it on their systems and move to the next sector once the last one works.
