Enterprise
Every action, in view. Every decision, with a reason.
Every step an AI worker takes is logged. Your team sees what they do, why they do it and with which permissions, and can change it at any time.
Visible
Every message, call and change goes into a log with author, time and outcome.
Explainable
Every decision carries its reason: which data the worker read and which rule it applied.
Isolated data
Data in the EU, isolated per client and encrypted. Access with two-step verification.
SecurityGovernable
You decide, channel by channel, what each worker does on its own, what needs approval and what it never touches.
GovernanceQuestions
What agencies ask before they start.
If your question is not here, we will answer it in the demo.
- Do they replace my advisors?
- No. They do the work that eats into your advisors’ time today: replying, scheduling, preparing documents and following up. The client relationship, the negotiation and the signing stay with the advisor.
- Do I have to change portals or software?
- You keep your own. The workers operate in the portals, inbox, calendar and software you already use, connected directly or through the browser, with the permissions you define.
- Do clients know they are talking to AI?
- On the phone, every worker introduces itself as your agency’s AI when the call starts. In writing, you switch on the notice for each worker and its first message says so, as the EU AI Act requires.
- Who approves documents and prices?
- Your team. Deposit contracts, e-signature requests and price changes go through human approval. You decide, channel by channel, what each worker does on its own and what needs your sign-off.
- How long does it take to get started?
- A few weeks. We start with one process, such as lead response, in shadow mode, and expand when the results justify it.
Other sectors
One system, shaped to each sector.
The processes change from one sector to the next. The operating system underneath stays the same.
