Platform

Operational superintelligence for real-world businesses.

Oquarto deploys a team of AI workers specialized in your industry, on an operating system that gives them context, tools and rules.

Meet the workers

The architecture

An entire industry, handled one worker at a time.

From an industry to its departments, from a department to a worker, and from a worker to the six layers of the system that make it work.

AI workers

Every AI worker owns a process.

Every AI worker has a role, an objective and a process it answers for end to end. It works through your company’s channels and escalates whenever a decision needs human judgment.

  1. 01

    Role and objective

A named role, a department and a concrete outcome to deliver.

  2. 02

    Every channel

WhatsApp, email, calls, SMS and web chat. The same worker and the same conversation across all of them.

  3. 03

    Defined processes

It follows the steps your team has set and knows when to stop and ask.

Context and memory

Context is captured by doing the work.

Every conversation, document and decision leaves context the workers reuse. Memory is shared: what one learns, the whole team knows.

Governance

Autonomy is granted channel by channel.

Your team decides, for each worker and channel by channel, what it does on its own, what goes through approval and what stays with a person. Every decision is evaluated and logged.

How autonomy is governed
  1. Suggest

    Drafts, a person sends

  2. With approval

    Prepares, a person approves

  3. Act

    Acts within its permissions

  4. Global stop

A single switch pauses every worker at once. Anything pending is kept for review.

Where they work

They work in your inboxes, your channels and your tools.

AI workers come to where you already work. They have their own inbox, message you on WhatsApp, queue what needs your sign-off and act on a written instruction.

  1. 01

    Their own inbox

Every worker has an email address. Customers, suppliers and your team write to it, and it replies from there.

Deployment

Live in weeks, one process at a time.

We start with one process, measure how the worker handles it and only then expand. In about 6 weeks the first one is live.

Week6
  1. Week 1

    Connect

We connect your inboxes, channels and systems, with the permissions you define.

  2. Week 2

    Capture context

We document the process with your team: policies, edge cases and way of working.

  3. Week 3

    Shadow mode

The worker proposes and your team decides. Every proposal is compared with what a person would have done.

  4. Week 5

    Supervised autonomy

It acts alone on the channels your team opens to it and asks for approval on the rest.

  5. Week 6

    Scale

With the first process live, the next worker and the next department follow.

Our team works with yours.

What’s new

The latest on the platform.

New system capabilities, already available to every worker.

  1. New

    Voice calls

They take and make calls, identify themselves as a virtual assistant and leave the transcript in the log.

  2. New

    WhatsApp on your number

They message from your company’s number, the one your customers already have saved.

  3. New

    Ads with bounded autonomy

They adjust each campaign’s budget within ±20% a day. Beyond that, they ask for approval.

  4. New

    Daily briefing on WhatsApp

Every morning, what happened and what needs your decision, in writing and as a voice note.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What people evaluating Oquarto usually ask before the demo.

Security and privacy
Do I have to replace my systems?
You keep the ones you have. AI workers operate on them, connected directly or through the browser, with the permissions you define. Your data and your tools stay where they are.
Which models do you use?
Models from several providers. Each task runs on the one that offers the best balance of capability, speed and cost, and it can be swapped without touching the rest of the system. Providers do not train on your data.
How long does it take?
The first process is usually live in about 6 weeks: connect, capture context, shadow mode and supervised autonomy. From there, more processes and departments follow.
Who controls what they do?
Your team. Channel by channel, it decides what each worker does on its own, what needs approval and what stays with a person. Every action is logged with an author, a time and a reason, and autonomy can be withdrawn at any moment.
Where is my data?
The database, authentication and files are hosted in the European Union, isolated per team and encrypted in transit and at rest. The AI providers we work with do not use your data to train their models.
Do I need a technical team?
No. Our team connects the systems, documents the processes with yours and supports every phase of the rollout. Your team brings the judgment: how the work is done and what gets approved.
