    Comparables and yield

Price per square metre against local transactions, market rent and estimated gross and net yield, with sources cited.

  4. 04

    Broker follow-up

Requests what is missing, such as the rent roll, floor plans or energy certificate, and replies to the broker in the same thread, under your signature.

02 / 03 · Due diligence

A data room is a checklist someone has to close.

Every document the seller uploads is sorted against your checklist. What is missing gets requested, what does not match is flagged with its source page, and the memo reaches the committee with the open risks.

Questions

What investment teams ask before they start.

If your question is not here, we will answer it in the demo.

Do they replace our analysts?
No. They do the work that slows your analysts down today: reading decks, requesting documents, sorting the data room and building tables. The investment decision stays with your committee.
Do they work with our financial model?
Yes. They read and write in your spreadsheets, folders and systems with the permissions you set. The model, the assumptions and the memo format stay yours.
How is confidential data room information handled?
Each AI worker only accesses the folders and systems you assign to it, and every access is logged with an author, a timestamp and a reason. Where data is hosted and how it is protected is set out on the security page.
Can they write to investors directly?
Only if you decide so. By default they draft each message and a person on your team approves it. Your team grants them more autonomy channel by channel and withdraws it at any time.
