Automatic follow-ups: revive cold leads with no manual work
Let your agents and workflows revive unresponsive leads on their own, with reminders and messages spaced out over time.
Most leads aren’t lost for lack of interest, but for lack of follow-up. With Oquarto, your agents re-engage anyone who goes quiet on their own: they send a reminder, wait a few days and try again, without you having to remember.
How to set it up
- 1Create a workflow (or start from a follow-up template in the gallery).
- 2Choose a trigger based on inactivity, for example a lead that’s gone X days without replying.
- 3Add a message action (WhatsApp or email) and then a wait step before the next attempt.
- 4Chain two or three attempts a few days apart and define when to stop (for example, if the lead replies or changes stage).
- 5Turn the workflow on.
Space out the attempts and vary the message: two or three well-spread touches recover more leads than pushing on the same day. If the lead replies, the flow stops and your agent takes over the conversation.
