Connect WhatsApp Business to your agents
Link your WhatsApp Business number through Meta so your AI agents answer and qualify leads 24/7.
WhatsApp is where your clients already write. Once you connect your WhatsApp Business number, your AI agents receive and answer every message instantly, qualify the lead and log it in your inbox without you lifting a finger.
The connection runs through Meta’s embedded signup. You need a Meta Business account and a number that isn’t already in use in the regular WhatsApp app. WhatsApp is included in the Business plan; on Pro you add it as an add-on.
How to connect it
- 1In the side menu, go to Integrations.
- 2Open the WhatsApp card and click Connect WhatsApp.
- 3Meta’s window opens: sign in with your Facebook account and select or create your WhatsApp Business account.
- 4Pick the number, verify it with the code you receive and accept the permissions.
- 5When it’s done, the card shows the connected number and the status of your templates.
To message a lead first once more than 24 hours have passed since their last message, Meta requires approved templates. Check and manage your template status from the same WhatsApp card.
