Create your first AI agent
Give a name, channels and personality to an agent that answers and qualifies your leads around the clock. Three steps.
An AI agent is a salesperson that answers and qualifies your leads at any hour, across your channels. Creating your first one takes under three minutes.
Create your agent
- 1From the menu, open AI Agents.
- 2Click the Add agent tile to open the creation wizard.
- 3Step 1: give it a name and pick an avatar.
- 4Step 2: enable its channels (email and/or WhatsApp) and choose its email address.
- 5Step 3: describe its personality and instructions: how it talks, what it does and when it hands the lead to a person.
- 6Create the agent. It starts as a draft; you can fine-tune and activate it whenever you like.
Do not obsess over getting it perfect at creation. Everything -channels, instructions and knowledge- can be edited later from the agent page.
