Property sourcing: acquisition monitor and owner follow-up

Let a monitor hunt opportunities for you and manage sourced owners like any other lead.

Sourcing is not just waiting for listings to arrive: it is going out to find them. The Property Radar scans for opportunities based on the criteria you set, and the owners you source flow into your pipeline so you can follow up without losing any.

Set up your acquisition monitor

  1. 1From the menu, open Property Radar.
  2. 2Create a new tracker and define its areas, budget and a brief of what you are looking for.
  3. 3Save it: the monitor starts hunting for matching opportunities and notifies you when they appear.
  4. 4Review the opportunities it brings and keep the ones worth pursuing.

Follow up with owners

Every sourced owner becomes an acquisition lead with its own stage, notes and tasks, just like a buyer. Work it through its pipeline: first contact, valuation, listing agreement. And let your agent and automatic follow-ups keep the conversation alive until you win the mandate.

A good brief is half the job: the more specific you are about areas, property type and price, the less noise the monitor brings and the better the opportunities you get.
